These Terms of Service explain the rules for using twovoya and booking travel services through our platform.

1. Your agreement

By creating an account, browsing, or making a booking through twovoya, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live and must provide complete, current, and accurate information.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Keep your sign-in details private and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Travel listings and bookings

twovoya helps you discover and reserve travel products offered by independent airlines, accommodation providers, guides, transport providers, insurers, and other travel partners. Product descriptions, inclusions, restrictions, availability, and provider-specific terms are shown before you complete a booking.

A reservation request is not confirmed until we or the relevant provider issue a confirmation. We may need to correct obvious pricing, availability, or description errors before confirmation. You should review your confirmation and contact support as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices and the displayed currency apply at the time you place an order, unless a manifest error occurred. Taxes, mandatory fees, and any optional extras shown at checkout form part of the total due. Your bank, card issuer, or payment service may charge separate conversion or processing fees.

When payment is required, you authorize the applicable charge using your chosen payment method. A failed, declined, or reversed payment may mean that your reservation is not confirmed or may be cancelled.

4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and change rights depend on the product and provider. The applicable deadline, charge, and refund conditions are displayed with the offer and in your booking confirmation. Some fares, tickets, and time-sensitive experiences are non-refundable.

To request a change or cancellation, use your booking area or contact support before the relevant deadline. Where a provider cancels or materially changes a confirmed service, the provider's terms and applicable law determine the available remedy.

5. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, insurance, and any documents needed for your trip. Entry rules and travel advisories can change; check official sources before departure. You must arrive on time, follow reasonable safety instructions, and comply with provider rules and local laws.

6. Our role and limitations

Unless we clearly state otherwise, twovoya acts as a booking platform connecting travellers with independent providers. Those providers are responsible for delivering their services. We do not control weather, border decisions, transport disruption, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to twovoya for the booking giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent bookings or payment details, scrape content, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights. We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect travellers, providers, or the platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, law, or business practices. The current version is posted here with its revision date. Continuing to use twovoya after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms or a booking can be sent through our Support Center. For privacy-related requests, please review our Privacy Policy.
