This policy explains what personal information twovoya uses, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

What we collectHow we use itSharingYour rightsContact

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, search, make a booking, contact support, leave feedback, or update your profile. This can include your name, email address, phone number, traveller details, booking preferences, payment status, and support messages.

We also collect technical and usage information, such as device and browser details, approximate location inferred from your network, pages viewed, language preferences, and interactions with our services. Payment card information is handled by our payment partners and is not stored in our travel records as plaintext.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, send confirmations, provide support, personalise content, prevent fraud, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.

Where permitted, we may also use your contact details to send service updates or travel offers. You can opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe link in the message or by updating your communication preferences.

3. When we share information

We share relevant traveller and booking information with the providers needed to deliver your requested services, such as hotels, guides, transport operators, insurers, and payment processors. We may also use service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, analytics, customer support, and security providers.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect the safety and rights of travellers and others, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. International travel and transfers

Travel services often require information to be processed in countries other than where you live or where the booking was made. When this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law and share only what is necessary for the relevant travel service.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can update account information in Settings. To make another privacy request, contact us through the Support Center. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.

8. Children

twovoya is not directed to children who are not permitted to enter into agreements under applicable law. Do not provide personal information for a child unless you are authorised to do so and it is necessary for a travel booking.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available on this page with its revision date.

10. Contact

For questions or requests about privacy, contact us through the Support Center. For the rules governing use of the platform, see our Terms of Service.
